Dr. Richelle Demers

Dr. Richelle Demers began her interest in Chiropractic from the young age of 16 after a snowboarding accident landed her with a nerve injury in her knee. She began Chiropractic care 2 weeks after this injury as she was walking unevenly and had begun to experience low back pain. After only 2 months of treatments, she noticed she had not only no pain in her back or knee, but an improvement in agility of her ice hockey game. Dr. Demers knew after this she needed to help others get to this point!

Dr. Richelle Demers graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018. Dr. Demers' goal as a chiropractor is to provide individualized chiropractic treatments, rehabilitation and nutritional advice to her patients and community in order to help them heal and reach their recovery goals. Dr. Demers completed her clerkship at a neurology based clinic, which provided her with an excelled knowledge of spine and extremity neuromuscular conditions.  Dr. Demers takes a "whole body" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of discomfort and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms.
She was born in Canada and has played ice hockey from a very young age through her undergraduate studies. Dr. Demers and her husband, Dr. Daniel Bruner, moved to Central Pennsylvania in September 2018 and spend their free time playing outside with their son, Elias, and is pregnant with their second son, due in June 2025.

Dr. Daniel Bruner

Dr. Bruner grew up in the small town of Berrysburg, PA in northern Dauphin county. He began his higher education at Penn State University majoring in Kinesiology (the science of human physical activity). While at Penn State, a representative from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) made a presentation to the Kinesiology club on Chiropractic, the benefits of care and the coursework involved. Dr. Bruner was intrigued and decided to explore externships with a Chiropractor in Bellefonte, PA. Between the results that he saw patients achieve coupled with the hands-on nature of the profession, he was sold.
Dr. Bruner went on to complete his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at New York Chiropractic College, graduating in 2018. During the last year of his graduate degree, he was accepted to an honors clerkship that placed him in a neurology based chiropractic office in Lindenhurst, NY, on Long Island where he saw many complicated neurologic cases under the supervision of Dr. Christos Vasakiris.
